A unique, natural light warehouse conversion & photography studio blending the edgy and industrial with lifestyle warmth. Perfect for small crews, storytellers, and hands-on creators, our loft apartment features 2x colorama 9ft backdrops, a fully kitted-out shoot kitchen, our Red Room and daylight from four massive windows.

Our Space:

  • 2 zones that can be used simultaneously

  • New York-style loft with an industrial past (formerly an ammunition factory)

    Two Distinct Zones:

    Main Loft - White Zone

  • Ideal for fashion shoots, influencer content, interviews, cooking videos

  • 2.72m (9ft) colorama backdrops (rack of 3) in the main space (white by default)

  • Features movable kitchen islands, leather + Danish-style sofas, retro furniture

    The Red Room:

  • Electric red walls ideal for: fashion, gym - think Bangkok at midnight

  • Colorama backdrop (rack of one)

  • A versatile, cinematic space perfect for moody interviews, Portraits, Your next album cover

  • Sports, fitness influencers; rings, punchbag, mats available

  • Lighting can transition the space from intense & dark to vibrant tropical orange

  • Separated by turquiose curtains from the space so it can be used as a changing room for models
