A unique, natural light-filled warehouse conversion & studio blending the edgy and industrial with lifestyle warmth. Perfect for small crews, storytellers, and hands-on creators, our loft apartment features a fully kitted-out shoot kitchen, our Red Room, and daylight from four massive windows.

Lighting can transition the space from intense & dark to vibrant tropical orange
Separated by turquiose curtains from the space so it can be used as a changing room for models
